Job Requirements
- Eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
- Reliable and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Willing participation in the random and for cause drug/alcohol testing program
- Permission to conduct the following background checks and an understanding the results may effect hiring decisions:
OSBI (Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation) for felonies & misdemeanors
DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) for driving record
CSWR (Community Services Worker Registry)
Sex Offender Registry
Violent Crime Registry
Nurse Aid Registry
OIG (Office of Inspector General Registry)
SAM (System for Award Management)
- Attendance at initial and ongoing training classes/meetings required by DDS & CSCSO
- Agreement to payroll distribution by Direct Deposit or E-Fund ATM card only
